Refund policy

30 Days Return

Dulenn strives to provide accurate guidance for selecting the right products.  We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you have any concerns or are not completely happy with your chosen item, don't worry! We offer a simple return process:

Product Un-used

Your items are in the same condition as when you received them. No damaged and un-used. And ship back in its original packaging or solid package to prevent damage while delivering.  We will refund you once the returned item arrives back in Dulenn warehouse for inspection.

  • Returned items are not damaged and  un-used.
  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Returned items were shipped with original packaging or solid package to prevent damage.
  • Attach RMA or order sheet to the return package.
  • For non-quality issues, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For non-quality issues, Dulenn will fully refund the product itself.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
  • For corporate purchases/bulk orders, please contact info@dulenn.com. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)

It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired within this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Dulenn’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

Quality, Faulty Issues

If you receive the wrong items, damaged products, or incomplete products, or if the goods develop a fault, you may return the products within the product warranty period. 

  • Received items are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
  • Returned items were shipped with original packaging or solid package to prevent damage.
  • Attach RMA or order sheet to the return package.
  • For quality issues, Dulenn is responsible for shipping costs.
  • All goods received 30 days after the purchase are only available for replacement. 
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Process

Please apply your return request in our return center, follow the guide with emails to get return shipping information, and upload related product information and a tracking number. We will proceed with the refund ASAP once we confirm your returned package has arrived at our warehouse.

When you return goods, please retain the proof of posting from your shipper. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive.

When do I get my refund?

After our warehouse receives your package, we will proceed with the refund ASAP. Usually, one business day will be delayed if there are holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
