We use soy wax because it is a renewable, biodegradable, non-toxic and carbon neutral resource. Our wax releases fragrance gradually due to the pure and slow burn characterized by solid soy wax. Candles that are made of soy tend to be clean burning and long lasting.

Dulenn uses 100% cotton wicks. The cotton wick is critical to creating a candle that burns clean and properly. We choose 100% cotton wicks because they do not release harmful chemicals and/or metals into your breathing air. Our wicks are made of braided cotton fibers which encourage a slow and consistent burn for long lasting home fragrance. We never use metal or other synthetic materials in any of our wick.

When the weather is warm, some of the natural oils may sweat in the wax. This is a natural occurrence and not a defect. Simply burn your candle and it will be reabsorbed.

Light the candle on a heat-resistant surface within sight and away from drafts, children, and pets. Do not move or touch the candle while it is lit.

When your order arrives, please inspect carton for damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for shipping carton to show some wears, however, if substantial damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please do not accept the package. Once the package has been returned to us and we have verified the damage, we will organize for a replacement to be sent to you.

Required taxes are applied at check-out according to the city/state of the shipping address.
